by NEOGOV on March 14, 2016

NEOGOV is attending the NC-IPMA Spring Conference, held March 16-18 at the Hilton Wilmington Riverside. The NC-IPMA Spring Conference is an ideal opportunity to connect with North Carolina HR professionals and NEOGOV customers, with nearly 50 NEOGOV customers in North Carolina alone.  NEOGOV Enterprise Account Manager, Jayme Dolan, will be available at the IPMA conference to show attendees how they can automate HR processes with NEOGOV’s HR software, including Insight, Onboard, and Perform.

“It’s great to see NC-IPMA focusing on boosting employee performance with sessions like Achieving Star Performance Through Performance Coaching,” says Dolan. “NEOGOV’s Perform employee evaluation software is packed with public sector functionality that allows agencies to align employee objectives with organizational strategy and manage employee performance and career goals. I look forward to connecting with attendees to discuss not only their performance evaluation processes, but also their recruitment and onboarding processes”

NC-IPMA is the North Carolina state chapter of the International Personnel Management Association (IPMA). The chapter is comprised of human resources professionals from government agencies (county, city, state and federal), as-well-as government funded agencies, organizations, and medical and educational institutions from across the state of North Carolina.
