NEOGOV Hosting Luncheon at IPMA Eastern

NEOGOV is hosting a luncheon for IPMA Eastern Region Conference attendees on Monday, April 4 from noon to 1:30pm at Hyatt Regency Newport, Ballroom AB. At the luncheon, attendees will learn how to automate their hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes. They’ll gain knowledge about increasing their applicant pool, enhancing their agency’s image, and decreasing application screen time. 

Jayme Dolan, NEOGOV Enterprise Account Manager, will share how to move to paperless processes, promote culture, and streamline performance evaluations. “IPMA Eastern is a great conference for NEOGOV,” says Jayme Dolan, NEOGOV Enterprise Account Manager. “I’m looking forward to the demo luncheon and sharing how NEOGOV helps agencies automate their entire hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation process.”

At the conference, NEOGOV will also be presenting a session titled,Helping Employees Shine: Boosting Performance with Automated Appraisals. Luigi Naguit, NEOGOV Product Manager, will highlight the benefits of conducting performance appraisals in a cloud-based system as a tool to provide constructive feedback, increase productivity, and improve employee performance. The session will be held Monday, April 4 from 1:30pm - 2:45pm in Ballroom C.
