The NEOGOV User Conference reached maximum capacity this year. The 2014 conference, held October 2-3 at the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, featured two days of informative presentations, speed consulting, personalized product demos, and awards.
According to post-conference survey results, attendees found the “NEOGOV Product Roadmap” and “One-step Job Posting and Automatic Candidate Referral” sessions the most informative.
The Roadmap session, presented by CEO Damir Davidovic, outlined the 2015 NEOGOV product direction. The presentation included solutions to challenges that public sector HR professionals face.
“The session is an excellent opportunity to present the company vision for improving HR and organizational effectiveness,” said Davidovic. “Sharing the NEOGOV Product Roadmap with customers is always a personal highlight for me.”
The conference also included an Awards Ceremony, featuring awards presented to the following agencies and educational institutions:
• Customer Partnership Award: State of Louisiana & Calhoun Community College, AL
• Best Managed Insight Implementation: Fairfax County, VA
• Best Managed Onboard Implementation: City of Rockville, MD & Arlington County, VA
• Training and Development Award: Cities & Villages Mutual Insurance Company, WI.
A one day pre-conference training program was held prior to the conference. Attendees joined various sessions about Insight, NEOGOV’s applicant tracking software, and Perform, the company’s performance management software.
