NEOGOV is attending the FPELRA Annual Training Conference February 21-24, 2016. On February 22nd at 11:45 am, NEOGOV is hosting a luncheon for FPELRA conference attendees in the Milan Ballroom of the Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel, immediately following the General Session.
At the luncheon, attendees will learn how to automate their hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes. They’ll gain knowledge about increasing their applicant pool, enhancing their agency’s image, and decreasing application screen time. Jayme Dolan, NEOGOV Enterprise Account Manager, will share how to move to paperless processes, promote culture, and streamline performance evaluations.
“I’m really looking forward to presenting at FPELRA!” says Dolan. “It’s always a great conference for both NEOGOV and attendees. I’m especially eager to interact with FPELRA members and exchange stories about our respective fields. At the luncheon, I look forward to teaching attendees how to facilitate their recruiting and hiring processes through our NEOGOV solutions.”
There is still space at the luncheon but it’s filling up quick. Interested FPELRA attendees can register here.
The FPELRA Annual Training Conference is attended by over 100 Florida public sector employees who are mostly at the level of assistant administrator, administrative bureau head, human resources director and police and fire administrators in their agencies, as well as other individuals in the fields of benefits, finance, pensions and legal.
