by NEOGOV on October 28, 2015

NEOGOV achieved record attendance at its Annual User Conference, held October 15 – 16 at the Monte Carlo Resort in Las Vegas. A total of 305 NEOGOV users attended the conference with 200 of those attendees joining the pre-conference training on October 14.

This year’s conference was packed with best practice sessions, product updates, speed consulting, and networking opportunities.

Conference highlights included “NEOGOV Roadmap 2016,” presented by product managers Michelle Cline and Luigi Naguit; “Get Automated and Come Onboard with Us,” a session about streamlining new hire onboarding by Pam Kubiak, product manager; and “New Perform” by Luigi Naguit, which included exciting updates about NEOGOV’s enhancements to its performance management software.

“This year’s conference was full of system best practices and information on how to maximize the use of each product,” said Joanne Hilty, NEOGOV Implementation Manager. “Attendees were able to learn a great deal from other users of the system in similar organizations, building a stronger HR network.”

The conference also included Keynote Speaker, Ryan Estis, who shared a presentation titled, “Rethinking HR: The Future of Work and Human Resources.”

“This is a phenomenal time to be in HR and I hope everyone attending walked away recognizing they can truly serve as a catalyst for change,” said Estis. “I’m confident the NEOGOV attendees recognize that as business becomes more complex and competitive HR has a real opportunity to deliver more impact to the organization. The function is receiving a whole lot more focus as talent, innovation and technology evolve the way we work.”

Next year’s conference will be be held in Las Vegas in October. Details will be posted at neogov.com.
